No, there is no cover if the vehicle is moving under its own power.
Yes, but there is no cover during special or speed stages.
We can approve cover for some track days, but you need to apply for this at least 48hours before the event.

General
Yes, we may still consider insuring your vehicle depending on the nature of the conviction, talk to us about it.
Yes, we will pro-rata your cancellation and refund any unused premium.
If you have classic vehicle valued over $200,000 we will need a valuation. In some other cases if it is difficult to establish a value or we cannot agree on one, we may ask for an independent valuation.

Claims
Complete a claim form found in our important information or claims section and email to claims@classiccover.co.nz or simply phone us on 0800 456 254.
No, if you have been paid out for a 'total loss' your policy has been exhausted and there is no refund.

This will depend on your policy and the circumstances around a claim. Sometimes you may need to pay it until liability can be confirmed and then it may be refunded to you if you are free of blame.
Payments
Yes we can arrange weekly, fortnightly, monthly or quarterly instalments for you.

When you take out a policy with us, your policy renews or you make changes to your policy, payment is due immediately and needs to be made in full within 30 days of the effective date of cover.
